Range Of Products

The products are manufactured in the form of fittings, seamless copper pipes and tubes in straight length and coil form. The range of products at B,right Tube Industry is manufactured using various grades of copper and copper alloys like DHP, DLP, ETP, Cupro-Nickel, Brass, Admiralty Brass, Aluminum Brass, etc. The Copper Tubes are RoHS compliant and compatible for CFC-Free Refrigerant for VRV, VRF, RACs, Visicooler, Refrigerator and Other ACR Applications.

Temper

Temper denotes the hardness and strength of tube. Our products are available in a variety of tempers like H (Hard), HH (Half Hard), QH (Quarter Hard), O (soft annealed) and OL (light annealed). Straight lengths are primarily drawn temper, or as more commonly known, hard tube. Annealed temper tube is referred to as soft tube. The following points provide the various tempers in which we provide our copper and copper alloy pipes, tube and fittings.

• Hard Drawn : No visible grain – Used where minimal forming will be performed and maximum strength is required.


• Half Hard : 0.015-0.040 mm grain size – This temper is similar to light annealed or light annealed rotary straightened, but has much higher yield strength due to drawing after annealing. This product is used where high rigidity is desired with minimal amount of forming ability.


• Light Anneal : 0.015-0.040 mm grain size – Preferred for tight bends and extreme forming application. This is an annealed temper with a fine grain size to prevent "orange peel" and fracturing when forming.


• Soft Anneal : 0.040-0.060 mm grain size – This temper is suitable for general purpose bending and forming which is not as extreme as that requiring light annealed temper. Soft anneal temper works hardens at a slower rate than light anneal.

Appearances & Cleanliness

All annealed pipes meet or exceed the cleanliness levels specified in ASTM B-280. The internal and external surfaces of the tubes are clean, bright and free from oxide. The bright-annealed tube surface, inside and outside, presents a fine appearance with metallic luster, maintaining the ASTM specification with respect to residual test. The internal and external surfaces of the tubes and coils are mirror finished and free from burr and oxide. Coils are capped with plastic end caps when so specified by the customer. Exact straight lengths are provided and packed as per customer's requirements. Straight lengths are supplied with a commercial saw cut with minimum burrs as standard. A mechanically deburred end is also available.

Testing

All our products are tested as per ASTM standards using chemical residue testing, pressure testing, tensile & elongation testing and hardness testing (Vickers Test). Mill Certificate/ Test Certificate are provided with the dispatch of all goods from our manufacturing unit. In addition, we undertake third party testing employing some of the most reputed names in the industry.

Non Destructive Test

As per client requirement, 100% Eddy current and hydrostatic test could be provided for detection of local defects to supply defect-free, flawless tubes.

Packing

Our straight line and coil tubing are inspected throughout the entire processing cycle and the resulting high quality tubing is packed in a sturdy carton for safe delivery. On special requests all our products could also be packed in wooden caskets to provide additional support to the goods over longer, treacherous journeys.
