Maintaining its commitment to manufacturing eco-friendly copper tubes B,right Tube Industry has deployed an advanced inert atmospheric vacuum type bright annealing furnace. The furnace has enabled us to achieve a new level of cleanliness and superior quality in the manufacture of copper tubes. The totally enclosed convection design of our inert atmospheric controlled environment furnace also assures temper uniformity by providing precise temperature control and evenness of heating. This results in uniform temper throughout the coil, to provide quality tubes as per customer specifications through each production run. Use of total loss lubricant during re-drawing maintains residual content below levels specified in EN12735-1 ASTM B280, precluding the need for any special cleaning before the tube is fabricated into the air-conditioning and refrigeration system.
